For shipments in Canada, enjoy free shipping for orders $79 or more (pre-tax). For orders shipping to the Canadian Territories, we generally charge a $40 flat rate shipping fee. However, every order is different so please send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you with a quote.

For shipments destined to the Continental United States, a flat rate of $15 is charged.

We ship your packages using Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt. We will advise you by email the progress of your order and when it has been shipped. Please note that the shipping charge is based on Standard shipping to a single address.

If you require your order to be shipped faster, we can also deliver your package using UPS Expedited which guarantees shipping within 2 business days from the date your order is processed on our system. For Expedited shipping, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will advise you of the additional shipping charge.

Wondering where your order is? If you have not yet received your order at all and think that you should have by now, please check your email for a shipment tracking number, sent by us, or contact us at [email protected] .

* Please note that for orders to the US, the Canada Post tracking reference number is only valid until the package reaches the border.

Tax Rates

All Canadian orders are subject to GST. Orders shipped to addresses within Ontario are subject to GST and PST. United States orders are not subject to GST or PST, however, US customers are responsible for any customs, duties or import taxes if applicable.

Return Policy

GoneShopping.ca accepts returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please email us at [email protected] for return instructions. We would also appreciate if you could let us know the reason for the return.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that says "Cannot be returned" on their product detail page.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
  • Any item on sale.
  • Any cosmetic products.
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Returning a gift?

Gone Shopping's Return Centre allows gift recipients to return items they received as a gift even if the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase. Just indicate the item is a gift at the time of return, and we'll send a gift certificate for the amount of the returned items to the e-mail address you provide when you contact us for the return.

Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Contact us at [email protected] and please indicate your order number, the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you.  We will provide you with a pre-printed Canada Post or UPS shipping label.

Did you receive the wrong item or an item you didn't order?

Contact us at [email protected] and please indicate your order number, the number of items you're returning, as well as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did order. Indicate also, whether you need a refund or a replacement sent to you. We will provide you with a pre-printed Canada Post or UPS shipping label.

Are you missing an item?

Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock at different fulfillment centres, we may have split your order into multiple shipments. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized.
