I have to say that I'm not a big online shopper. I guess it's a trust thing but I do make a big exception for goneshopping. My reluctance broke down after my first experience buying something on your site that was hard to find in stores: A purse caddy. The shopping experience was easy, the follow up and delivery was impeccable. I felt taken care of all along the way. That was a complete surprise and surpassed my expectations.
