Place the pack in a microwave for the prescribed time (heating instructions come attached to every Warm Buddy™ product). Note: Heating times will vary with the power of the microwave.

Warm Buddies are safe and easy to use. They make a great hot water bottle alternative for seniors, soothe ear aches and tummy-aches.
